大麦“上部叶片缩短型”突变体的性状表现及光合器官对产量性状的影响

摘    要:用大麦品种富士二第经r射线3代,合计90kr的处理后代中得到的“上部叶片缩短型”突变体和10个大麦品种,研究了突变体的主要性状表现和光合器官对产量性状的影响,研究结果表明:“上部叶片缩短型”突变体与富士二条相比较,具有上部叶片短、无旗叶、株型矮等特点,除千粒重稍低于富士二条外,其他性状与富士二条无显著差异;剪叶对大麦千粒重有负效应,但不显著,剪芒对大麦千粒重仍有负效应,其中大部分显著,少部分不显著。

Abstract:Using 10 barley varieties and the shortened upper leaf mutant which was obtained from the 90kr of r ray irradiated Fuji Nigo, the characters and effects of photosynthesis organ on yield were studied. The results showed, the mutant has the characters of short upper leaf, without flag leaf, short plant types that comparing with Fuji Nigo, except the thousand kernel weight was lower than Fuji Nigo, other characters have no significant difference with Fuji Nigo. Leaf cutting has negative effects on thousand kernel weight of barley, but it isn't significant, awn cutting has negative effects too, most of its is significant, little is not significant.
