摘    要:
采用7个具有不同抗病性、生态型及标记聚类的黄瓜品种(系)对来自哈尔滨、长春、沈阳、北京、青岛、郑州、徐州、西安8个城市的18个黄瓜霜霉菌株进行了毒性及RAPD标记多态性分析。结果表明,供试菌株存在毒力分化,初步划分为12个毒性类型。利用27个RAPD随机引物对18个菌株进行全基因组DNARAPD扩增共得到230个RAPD标记,其中多态性标记212个,占92.2%。当以欧氏距离8.5为标准时可将供试菌株分为4个类群。菌株间相似系数介于0.267~0.754,各菌株之间的相似性系数较低,在DNA水平上存在差异,具有丰富的遗传多样性。

Abstract:
A total of 18 isolates of Pseudoperonospora cubensis from Harbin,Changchun,Shenyang,Beijing,Qingdao,Zhengzhou,Xuzhou and Xi' an were studied.The virulence test showed that there was polymorphism on virulence,and 18 isolates could be devided into 12 pathotypes on seven differential hosts.By using 27 RAPD random primers,230 amplified fragments were obtained and 212(92.2%) were polymorphic.In 8.5 dissimilarity distance cluster analysis revealed the existence of four groups.The difference among similarity coeff...
