| 摘 要： | 粮食主产区的农民生产积极性是粮食安全的根本保障,而种粮经济效益直接影响到粮农生产的决策与行为。本文以湖北省为例,利用统计和调研数据对该省粮食生产的绝对收益与相对收益,以及粮食生产效益的影响因素进行分析,重点透过粮食价格及生产成本相关结构数据,研究粮食安全动力当前面临的困境与隐患。得出粮食收益较低的主要原因是粮食价格较低和种粮机会成本过高的结论,并从土地流转制度、粮食生产补贴、粮食主产区科技水平和基础设施建设、粮农增收方面,提出了保障粮食安全生产可持续发展的政策建议。
