果蔬农药残留的快速测定及安全性评价

摘    要:蔬菜和水果中的农药残留检测是食品安全中重要的一部分。采用RP-420农药残留检测仪,对当季10种蔬菜和3种水果进行了农药残留检测。结果表明:叶菜类蔬菜的农残含量明显高于其他蔬菜,所抽查样品中仅大白菜农残超标,其他均合格;水果类样品中柑橘农残量高于苹果和芒果,同种苹果样品中果皮农残含量高于果肉,但3种水果均未超标。

Abstract:The determination of pesticide residues in fruit and vegetables was an important part of food safety.The pesticide residues in ten kinds of seasonal vegetables and three kinds of fruits were determined by RP-420 detector.The results showed that the pesticide residues in leafy vegetable was obviously higher than other vegetables,which exceeded standard only in Chinese cabbage.The pesticide residues in citrus was higher than in apple and mangoe,which was higher in peel than in flesh of apple,which in all the fruits didn't exceeded standard.
