淮河入海水道南泓小流量分洪研究与应用

摘    要:从洪泽湖冬春季分洪需求和水资源综合利用等方面,剖析了开发淮河入海水道南泓过流能力的重要性;通过计算、试验和实况运行,论证了淮河入海水道南泓现状条件下具有100m3/s左右的分流能力;分析了淮河入海水道南泓分流对潍地种植和渠北排涝的影响性,提出了调度运行方案;为增强淮河入海水道南泓分洪能力,结合行洪需求,提出了将淮安枢纽下游南北泓间土坝改建为水闸的建议.

Abstract:The importance of developing conveyance capacity of South Channel of Huaihe River Waterway to the Sea is analyzed.The demand of winter-spring flood discharging and comprehensive utilization of water resources are considered.Through calculations,tests and actual operations,it is demonstrated that 100 m3/s flood can be discharged by the South channel on current conditions.This paper analyzes the influence of the South channel flood discharging on beach planting and North channel drainage,and makes the corresp...
