摘    要:为给旱地保护性耕作条件下小麦高水分利用效率品种的筛选以及高产节水栽培提供依据,以烟Blu 6439、洛旱6号、石家庄8号、石麦15和烟农21为供试材料,研究了小麦不同生育期的LAI、植被归一化指数(NDVI)、SPAD值、净光合速率(Pn)与水分利用效率(WUE)的关系.结果表明,旱地保护性耕作条件下,不同基因型小麦的LAI和NDVI在抽穗期和灌浆中期与WUE存在抛物线关系.旗叶SPAD值和Pn与WUE呈直线关系.说明在旱地保护性耕作条件下,SPAD值和Pn较高的小麦品种具有高效用水潜能,可作为筛选高产节水品种的重要指标.

Abstract:To provide information for variety screening and high yield, water saving cultivation under no tillage and rain fed conditions, YanBlu 6439, Luohan 6, Shijiazhuang 8, Shimai 15 and Yannong 21 were used as materials to investigate the association between LAI, NDVI, SPAD volue, Pn at different growth stages with water use efficiency (WUE). The results showed that there were parabolic curve relationship between LAI and NDVI of different wheat genotypes at heading and middle grain filling stages with WUE. And there were linar relationship between SPAD value and Pn with WUE under no tillage and rainfed conditions. It was suggested that higher SPAD value and Pn might served as an index for high WUE variety screening for wheat under no tillage and rain fed conditions.
