区域水资源可持续发展的模糊物元

摘    要:在明确预警指标、预警标准、标准模糊物元、指标权重等预警基础理论的基础上,建立了模糊物元预警模型,结合警度与预警标准之间的对应关系,进行区域水资源可持续发展的预警分析。实例以西安市及各分区水资源的开发利用为研究对象,应用模糊物元预警模型进行预警分析,结论与当地水资源的利用状况相符合,并与开发利用程度的综合评价结果具有一致的相关性。

Abstract:On the basis of determining the indexes, criteria, standard fuzzy matter-element and criteria weights, a Fuzzy matter-element forewarning model, which can be used to analyze the situation of regional water resources sustainable development, is set up in the paper. By integrating the relation between the forewarning degree and level, we examine the forewarning of regional water resources sustainable development. A case study of water resources utilization in Xian city and each suburb of the city is conducted with the model according to the relation between the forewarning degrees and levels. It is proven that the model application results accord with the local water resources utilization situation, and the model can be used to forewarn the regional water resource sustainable development with high agreement with the result of comprehensive evaluation of water resources development extent.
