苹果过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱变化的研究

摘    要:本试验对某些可能影响苹果过氧化物酶同工酶谱变化的实验因素即染色方法,提取液、树体发育阶段等进行了研究。结果表明:染色方法和提取液PH值的改变可使酶带数目及其染色深浅发生变化;提取液的种类与酶带染色深浅有关;结果树与一年生幼苗的酶谱表现有明显的不同。

Abstract:Three factors, including staining solutions, extraction buffers and stages of development of trees which made peroxidase isozyme of apple be varied, had been studied, Results obtained indicated that the numbers and the shade of isozyme bands varied with a change of staining solution or pH of extraction buffers. The kinds of extraction buffers had something to do with the shade of bands. The zymograme of mature apple tree differed bviouly from the one year old tree.
