| Abstract: | The comprehensive agricultural development as an important component part of the state＇s financial support for agriculture,in the trend of the construction of the contemporary new rural areas,should give full play to the unique advantage and role,making a breakthrough with the adjustment of the agricultural structure, the construction of agricultural infrastructure, the quality of the peasants education,the integration of funds for supporting agriculture, the development of the agricultural intermediary organizations and the Planning and Design of Project, to,. vigorously promote the new rural construction. |
