结缕草品种抗寒性和抗寒机理研究

摘    要:通过低温胁迫处理兰引3号结缕草(Zoysia japonica Steud. cv. Lanyin No.3)、青岛结缕草(Zoysia japonica Steud. cv. Qingdao)和交大1号结缕草(Zoysia japonica Steud. cv. Jiaoda No.1),分别测定27~-17℃3个品种的叶片、茎电解质渗透率(EL)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性并进行地下茎恢复生长试验,得出生理指标的动态变化规律。结果表明:低温胁迫下,兰引3号结缕草抗寒性最强,EL、MDA和SOD三者显著相关。该研究可为结缕草的推广和应用提供重要理论依据。

Abstract:The electrolyte leakage(EL),malondiadehyde(MDA) content,and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity of leaves and stolons as well as the restorable growth of rhizomes were determined and observed of three cultivars,Zoysia japonica Steud. cv.Lanyin No.3,Z.japonica cv.Qingdao,and Z.japonica cv.Jiaoda No.1,at low temperature stress from 27℃ to-17℃.The results show that Lanyin No.3 had the best cold-resistance among three cultivars.Correlative analysis indicates that EL,MDA content,and SOD activity correlated with each other significantly.These results could be used as basis for the extended application of Z.japonica in practice.
