| Abstract: | At present,the human capital investment has already become an important factor in the regional tourism industry development in China.Starting with the analysis of the vital role of the human capital investment to the tourism industry,and taking the average national level as the benchmark,We empirically researches the influence of the human capital investment on the tourism industry development in West China,and it also proposes some related countermeasures. |
