| 摘 要： | 以烟草常规栽培品种K326裸种为材料,就不同温度对烟草种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数的影响情况进行了研究。分别在6℃、8℃、10℃、12℃、14℃、28℃（CK）条件下进行发芽实验,结果表明：烟草种子在温度低于14℃时,前17d不会发芽,随着温度的降低,烟草种子发芽所需时间延长;当温度低至10℃时,烟草裸种发芽时间需要34d;温度低至8℃时,烟草种子不再发芽。与对照组相比,低温对烟草裸种的发芽均有一定的抑制作用。随着温度的降低,烟草种子的发芽指数也降低了。

| Abstract: | Germination energy,germination rate and germination index of naked seed tobacco K326 were studied by normal cultivation at 6 ℃,8 ℃,10 ℃,12 ℃,14 ℃,28 ℃（optimum temperature control）.The result showed that tobacco seeds can＇t germinate in 17 days if the temperature below14 ℃.The time need for seeds germination would increase when the temperature decrease.The germination of naked seed Tobacco needs 34 days at 10℃.The tobacco seed can＇t germination when temperature below 8℃（8 or 6）.Compared with the control group,Low Temperature can inhibit tobacco seeds germination,at the same time,the germination index also decreased. |
