可溶性蛋白、丙二醛含量与枣树枝条抗寒性的关系研究

摘    要:以1 a生枣树休眠枝条为试材,经低温处理后,测定电导率、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛(MDA)含量,以电导率配合Logistic方程确定枣树抗寒性(LT50),研究分析可溶性蛋白和丙二醛含量与LT50之间的关系。结果表明:可溶性蛋白含量与枣树抗寒性呈正相关,相关性极显著;丙二醛含量与枣树抗寒性呈负相关,且相关性显著,二者可以作为枣树抗寒性的评价指标。

Abstract:Used 1 year old dormant shoots as materials,treated by low temperature,measured electrical conductivity,soluble protein and malondialdehyde(MDA) content,determinated the cold hardiness(LT50) of jujubes by electrical conductivity with the Logistic quotation,analysised soluble protein and malondialdehyde content and the relationship between LT50.The results showed that the soluble protein content and cold hardiness was positively correlated with jujube,correlation was significant;MDA content and cold hardines...
