黄麻硝酸还原酶活力及其与产量性状的关系

用16个不同类型的圆果黄麻品种,研究了黄麻幼苗叶片 NRA 与9个主要产量性状的相关性,发现 NRA 与单株干皮产量、单株鲜茎重、单株纤维重、株高、分枝高、茎粗、鲜皮厚7个产量性状表现正相关。本文还进一步研究了 NRA 体外测定的稳定性及一些外部因子对 NRA 的影响。结果表明:NRA 体外测定方法稳定性较好;取样前24小时连续光照处理,用50mmol KNO_3溶液处理,在磷酸提取缓冲液中加入酚类物质的抑制剂 PVP 处理,均可显著提高黄麻幼苗 NRA 的诱导。

NITRATE REDUCTASE ACTIVITY OF JUTE AND ITS RELATION TO YIELD CHARACTERS

Some seedling leaves from 16 different varieties of jute(Corchorus ca- psularis L.)were used to study nitrate reductase activities(NRAs)and their relation to nine yield characters.It was found that NRAs showed positive correlation with the seven yield characters:dry peel yield of a single plant,fresh stalk weight of a single plant,fibre weight per plant, plant height,branch height,stalk diameter and fresh peel thickness.The stability of NRAs measured in vitro and the effects of some the external factors on NRAs were also studied in this paper.The results showed that this method of measurement had a high stability and that the successive illumination 24 hours before extraction or the treatment with 50mmol KNO_3 could increase the induction of NRAs significantly and that the addition of PVP,an inhibitor of phenol,into the phosphate extraction buffer will also increase NRAs.
