基于空间机构学的赛车转向梯形机构优化设计

摘    要:为了提高赛车的转向性能,应用空间机构学理论建立赛车转向梯形机构的优化数学模型,通过MATLAB软件编程,采用复合形法对转向梯形机构进行了优化设计。优化结果表明,基于空间转向梯形模型优化后的赛车内外轮实际转角与理论转角关系曲线吻合程度高于基于平面转向梯形模型的优化结果,从而提高了设计精度,改善了赛车的弯道行驶性能,为赛车转向系统设计提供指导。

Abstract:In order to improve the steering performance of racing car, the optimization mathematical model of steering trapezoidal mechanics of racing car was established by applying the theory of spatial mechanism. Complex method was applied to the optimization design of steering trapezoidal mechanics by programming in MATLAB. The results show that the optimized practical wheel steering angle curve between inside and outside based on spatial model of steering trapezium coincides better with the theoretical steering angle curve than the one based on plane model. The proposed method enhances the design accuracy, and the driving quality of the racing ear race curve can be improved. As a result, the presented method is valuable for the steering system design of racing car.
