摘    要:
介绍了一种基于SYSWELD仿真的B型地铁侧梁的焊接工艺优化方法.通过对公司B型地铁侧梁焊接进行热源模型及其加载方法的研究,获得热源宏文件;通过对B型地铁侧梁不同焊接顺序及装夹条件下的焊接变形、焊接残余应力的计算过程及结果进行研究,获得较小焊接变形或焊接残余应力的焊接顺序、焊接规范、装夹条件等工艺信息,并据此对焊接工艺进行优化.

Abstract:
A method of optimizing welding technological procedure of B-type subway side frame based on SYSWELD simula- tion is described. By studying the B type subway rail ear side frame simulation model and its application,and by studying the calculated process and result of welding transshape and welding remnants tension,a satisfied craft of the welding sequence,the welding standard and the welding assemble are gained. In view of the above, the welding technological procedure optimization can be in progress.
