| Abstract: | Hood is a kind of automotive body panels, the dent resistance of which is one of the most important quality indices and characters. Based on the parameters of a certain car of China, the theory of dent resistance, the system of test and evaluation on dent resistance are briefly introduced, and optimization on dent resistance of hood is done by the method of CAE numeric simulation. |
