摘    要:
发动机罩是汽车覆盖件的一种,其抗凹性能是评价和反映表面质量和使用性能的一项重要指标和特性。以某轿车发动机罩为例,介绍了抗凹性的理论及试验评价体系,利用CAE数值模拟指导发动机罩的抗凹性能优化。

Abstract:
Hood is a kind of automotive body panels, the dent resistance of which is one of the most important quality indices and characters. Based on the parameters of a certain car of China, the theory of dent resistance, the system of test and evaluation on dent resistance are briefly introduced, and optimization on dent resistance of hood is done by the method of CAE numeric simulation.
