齿爪式粉碎机振动与噪声工艺优化分析

摘    要:通过对齿爪式粉碎机制造和工作过程的分析,利用鱼骨图总结了齿爪式粉碎机产生振动与噪声的主要原因,指出提高粉碎机旋转零件的动静平衡度、合理利用橡胶垫减小机器附加振动、优化装配工艺、改进产品结构、提高操作工人技能、购置高精度设备等多个优化措施能主动降低粉碎机的噪声、减小粉碎机的振动。利用噪声测试仪对优化前后的齿爪式粉碎机分别在空载、负载两种情况下进行噪声分贝值统计对比,证明了优化措施的有效性,提高了齿爪式粉碎机的质量。

Abstract:Through the analysis on the tooth-claw-type pulverizer manufacturing and working process, the main reason to produce vibration and noise of the tooth-claw-type pulverizer is summarized using the fishbone diagram. It's pointed out that the optimization measures, such as improving dynamic and static balance of the rotating parts of the pulverizer, reducing machine vibration by reasonable use of rubber mat, optimization of assembly technique, improving the product structure and the operating skills of workers, and purchasing high precision equipment, can actively reduce the noise and vibration of the pulverizer. Through the noise decibel value statistical comparison for the tooth-claw-type pulverizer respectively before and after optimization at no-load and load conditions with the noise test apparatus, the validity of the optimization measures is proved, and the oualitv of the tooth-claw-type pulverizer is improved.
