| 摘 要： | 本文应用辣根过氧化物酶标记抗仙台病毒的单克隆抗体,建立了抗体夹心法检测小鼠体内仙台病毒抗体的方法,与间接 ELISA 进行比较,检出率提高6%左右,敏感度提高四倍以上。样本结果的变异系数小于10%,重复性良好。直接用酶标记单克隆抗体有简便、廉价、生物活性高等优点。 |

| Abstract: | The horseradish peroxidase labeled monoclonal antibodies are used for detecting antibody against Sendai Virus in the double antibody sa- ndwich assay.Results of this format are compared with indirect ELI- SA,showing the screening rate improves about 6 percent and sensitivity of the double antibody sandwich assay is four times more than one of indirect ELISA.The Coefficient of Variation of sample results is less than 10 percent and results are reproducible.
