女贞子提取物对蛋鸡产蛋高峰后期生产性能和免疫功能的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加女贞子提取物对蛋鸡产蛋高峰后期生产性能和免疫功能的影响,选用47周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡180只,采用单因素完全随机分组试验设计,分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.05%、0.10%和0.15%女贞子提取物。结果显示,与对照组相比,3个试验组的日均产蛋量和产蛋率均极显著升高(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组的料蛋比降低了10.9%(P<0.01),4组间蛋均重和破软蛋率均无显著差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的睾酮含量与对照组相比极显著降低(P<0.01),3个试验组孕酮、雌二醇和IgM、IgA及白细胞介素-2的含量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结果表明,在日粮中添加女贞子提取物可显著提高蛋鸡产蛋高峰后期的生产性能和免疫功能。

Abstract:This trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of Ligustrum lucidum fruits extracts on productive performance and immune function of layer after laying peak period. A total of 180 47-week Hyline brown layers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 15 birds per replicate in a single-factor completely randomized experimental design. The control group were fed a basal diet, the experimental groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.05%, 0.10% and 0.15% Ligustrum lucidum fruits extracts, respectively. The results showed as follows, compared with the control group, the daily egg production and laying rate of layer in the three experimental groups were extremely significantly increased (P<0.01) respectively, the feed/egg in experimental group Ⅲ was extremely significantly decreased by 10.9% (P<0.01), but among 4 groups the average egg weight and rate of broken or soft egg did not significantly change (P>0.05); and the content of testosterone in experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were extremely significantly decreased (P<0.01), the contents of progesterone, estradiol, immunoglobulins (IgM, IgA) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) in three experimental groups were all extremely significantly increased respectively compared with the control group (P<0.01). In conclusion, supplement with the Ligustrum lucidum fruits extracts in the basal diet could significantly increase the productive performance and immune function of layer after laying peak period.
