小麦籽粒灌浆性状的轮回选择

摘    要:1993-1995年,利用太谷核不育基因对小麦籽粒灌浆持续期和灌浆速率进行轮回选择。结果表明,3轮选择增益显著,每轮平均增益GFD为4.77%,GFR为8.21%,对GFD和GFR的选择彼此间呈负响应,两者的相关系数r=-0.9120。在灌浆期亚群中,退化小穗数和穗粒数间接增益较大。

Abstract:Grain yield of wheat is related closely to grain filling characters. The objectives of this research were to investigate the effect of recurrent selection, by using Ta1 gene, on increased grain filling duration (GFD) and rate (GFR), and indirect effects on grain yield components and some agronomic characters. After 3 cycles of selection, both duration and rate of grain filling were increased significantly. The gain of selection for GFD and GFR was 4.77% and 8.21%, respectively, per cycle. The grain yield characters were indirectly improved to a certain extent. Grain yield per plant in two sub populations was increased by 4.11% and 3.29% per cycle. There was a marked genetic variation in all recurrent selection populations.
