澳洲坚果不同时期落果种子活力的变化

澳洲坚果Keauhou(2 4 6 #)品种不同时期落果的种子活力研究表明 :种子活力与果实的成熟度有密切关系 ,随着果实发育成熟 ,内果皮颜色由淡黄白渐变为褐色 ,到 7月下旬达生理成熟期 ,种子活力达高峰 ,种子出芽率由6月 6日的 2 %升到 7月 2 6日的 84 % ,达最高 ;种子萌发速率由 59d开始出芽到 7月 2 6日的 15d出芽。之后种子活力有减弱趋势 ,7月 16日的种子单种鲜重最重

The Changes of Macadamia's Seed Vigor Dropped in Different Pe riods

A study to macadamia's(cv.Keauhou)seed rigor dropped in differentp eriods showed:the seed vigor had affinity with the degree of nut ripping.with macadamia nut growing,the Inside pericarp changed brown from lightly white to y e llow ,it reached physiological ripe period at last July and the seed rigor was the highest.The rate of the seed germination rose from 2 % on June 6 to 84 %on July 26,the time the seed germination needed shortened from 59 days t o 15 on July 26days .However,the seed rigor decreased after July 26.The single seed fresh weightily was the weightiest on July l6.
