不同N、P、K营养水平下"川麦42"苗期生物学特性初步分析

摘    要:以CIMMYT人工合成小麦与四川小麦杂交选育而成的小麦新品种川麦42为材料,采用小容器水培法,分别设立了11个不同的N、P、K浓度梯度,鉴定了川麦42的苗期生物学特性。通过对地上部生物学特性(地上部生物量、苗高、叶面积)、根系形态学特性(主根长度、分枝根长度、根系总长度和根系干重)的分析,初步结果为:川麦42具有耐低P胁迫能力。通过比较根系形态变化(主根长度、分枝根长度、根系总长度)上的差异,得出了N、P在川麦42初生根系分枝根建成上起主导作用,K在主根建成上起主导作用的结论。同时指出,在以地上部生物学特性为指标筛选耐低N、K、P胁迫小麦时,需要在较低水平下设定N、P、K浓度梯度,而在以根系形态学特性(根系长度、根系干重)为筛选指标时,K的浓度应大于根系发育所需的最低K量,可提高筛选的效率。

Abstract:The biologic characteristics of Chuanmai 42,derived from CIMMYT synthetic hexaploid wheat,had been evaluated by solution culture with small containers under different N,P,K concentration at seedling stage.It is seemed that Chuanmai 42 has the tolerance to low P nutrition after analyzing the index of shoot biologic characteristic,including PH(Plant Height),LA(Leaf Area),SDW(Shoot Dry Weight).And based on the analysis of root morphology characteristics,including MRTL(Main Roots Total Length),BRTL(Branch Roots Total Length),RTL(Roots Total Length),RDW(Roots Dry Weight)on the different N,P,K concentration,it demonstrated that N and P nutrition play a major role on the building-up of branch roots in the root system,as K nutrition on the building-up of main roots in the root system.It would be more efficient to screen germplasm with tolerance to low nutrition by using gradient of culture solution with low concentration.
