摘    要:试验采用了酸、碱、有机试剂、植物激素、热水浸泡、超声波以及擦破种皮等11种方法对4种野生草种进行处理。结果表明:所有方法处理对马唐的种子萌发均没有显著影响(P0.05);野豌豆种子在擦破种皮处理下,发芽率从1.11%提高到96.67%,达到极显著水平(P0.01),其他处理对野豌豆种子发芽率均无明显影响(P0.05);香附子和稗草种子在20%NaOH的方法处理下,发芽率分别从10%和2.22%提高到86.67%和58.33%,均达到极显著水平(P0.01);此外,1 000mg/L赤霉素浸种处理也可极显著提高香附子种子的发芽率(P0.01)。其他方法处理对香附子和稗草种子发芽率均无明显影响(P0.05)。不同野生草种的休眠特性不同,试验选用的马唐种子无休眠性;野豌豆种子需物理破皮;20%的NaOH和1 000mg/L赤霉素处理可打破香附子种子休眠;20%的NaOH处理能打破稗草种子休眠。

Effects of different treatments on seed germination of 4 wild grass species
Abstract:The effects of different methods (treatments of acid,alkali,plant hormones,high temperature,ul-trasonic wave and scraping seed coat)for breaking the seeds dormancy of 4 wild grass species (Cyperus rotun-dus ,Digitaria sanguinalis ,Echinochloa crusgalli and Vicia )were studied.The results showed that all the treatments had no significant effect on the seed germination of D .sanguinalis (P >0.05).The seed germination of Vicia was significantly improved from 1.1 1% to 96.67% (P <0.01)by scraping seed coat,and no significant effect was observed for other treatments (P >0.05).By soaking seeds in 20% NaOH solution for 30 min,the seed germination of C.rotundus and E .crusgalli were significantly increased from 10% and 2.22% to 86.67%and 58.33% respectively (P <0.01).In addition,the seed germination of C.rotundus was also significantly in-creased by the treatment of 1 000 mg/L of GA3 (P <0.01).And other treatments had no significant effect on the seed germination rate of C.rotundus or E .crusgalli (P >0.05).These results indicated that different species of wild plant seeds had different dormancy characteristics.D .sanguinalis seeds had no dormancy.The seed coat of Vicia should be scraped to improve the germination.20% of NaOH and 1 000 mg/L of GA3 could break the seed dormancy of C.rotundus .20% of NaOH could break the seed dormancy of E .crusgalli .
