摘    要:用一种抗体同时测定植物粗提液中游离和结合脱落酸(Free ABA andConjugate ABA)的放射免疫分析方法测定了兴津温州蜜柑在人工抗寒锻炼和自然越冬过程中两种形态的ABA变化情况。结果表明,柑桔在抗寒锻炼和脱锻炼过程中,F-ABA和C-ABA有规律的变化与抗寒性的提高和丧失具有依存关系。

Abstract:The improved radioimmunoassay for the detection of free and conjugated abscisic acids(F-ABA and C-ABA)by using only one antibody is reported in this paper. F-ABA and C-ABA of crude extracts of leaves were separated from each other by differential solvent extraction, then the totalABA of crude extracts of leaves and F-ABA in organic phase were determined with one antibody which can measure both F-ABA and C-ABA.The amount of C-ABA was calculated by differentiation.The changes of F-ABA and C-ABA in Okitsu Wase Satsuma(Citrus unshiu Marc.) leaves were analysed. (The results showed a regularity of the two forms of ABA under three conditions reported.) Before the appearance of the maxium cold hardiness, F-ABAand C-ABA reached the highest and lowest points respectively, and the reverse of this happened before the hardiness vanished thoroughly. All results obtained suggested that there was a close relationship between the cold hardiness and the changes of the two froms of ABA.
