| 摘 要： | 应用建立的SDS—蔗糖密度梯度超速离心法,纯化了从兔肝组织中粗提的兔病毒性出血症病毒。通过血凝、电镜观察、SDS-PAGE、琼脂双向免疫扩散、免疫印迹等试验,证明SDS—蔗糖梯度柱分离的病毒纯度高,具有4种结构多肽。

| Abstract: | A new method,SDS-sucrose density gradient centrifugation,was developed, with which RHDV was successfully purified and concentratedfrom the crude viral preparation of diseased rabbit liver tissue. Virusparticles were concentrated in a 1-2 mm band in sucrose column. HAtest, electronmicroscopy, SDS-PAGE, AGP test and immunoblotting werecarried out for characterization of the virus. |
