The experimental results showed that "Shennong 129" had a good variety stability. The seedlings luxuriated easily and suited for low density planting. There- fore. it is necessary to extrend the hill distance appropriately. and to reduce the number of original seedlings at each hill. so as to bring tillers' effects into full play. The pattern can not only lower the production cost. but also increase rice yield and economic effect. The high yield cultivation pattern of "Shennong 129" is the recombination of the number of the grain per panicle and the number of the-panicle per unit area. |
