干旱半干旱地区灌溉农业发展的一些问题和发展方向

本文从全球干旱半干旱地区灌溉农业的发展着眼,结合我国这些地区灌溉农业发展的实际,论及了干旱半干旱地区划分、旱象与灌溉农业,干旱半干旱地区灌溉农业发展的经验教训及发展方向等问题,为巩固、发展我国的灌溉农业提出了目前需要付诸实施的五项措施。

On the Problems and Developmental Course of Irrigated Agriculture Development in Arid and Semi-arid Regrons

On the standpoint view of the development of irrigated agriculture in arid and semi-arid vegions of the whole world, and their specific features of China, problems are discussed in this paper: on the regionalization of arid and semi-arid regions, on drought and irrigated agriculture, on the experience and lessons on the development of irrigated agriculture in these regions,and on the problems of the course of development, etc. Five approaches to be applied for current needs for the strength and development of irrigated agriculture in China are also put forward in this paper.
