| 摘 要： | 当前,农村公共物品供给的资金投入严重不足,供给的体制存在缺陷,供给的结构不合理,这是由国家非均衡发展现实等原因所决定的.为了解决农村公共物品供给存在的问题,必须转变公共物品供给的各种机制,增加对农村公共物品建设的投入,改善政府在公共物品提供中的服务功能.

| Abstract: | Investment in the supply system of public goods is short seriously in the rural now.There are some flaws in the supply system of public goods,and the structure of supply is not advisable,all these problems are decided by the un-equilibrium developing of China's economy.In order to solve these problems,the local government need to transfer the supplying regulations,increase inputs of public goods' construction,and enhance those serve abilities of public goods supply. |
