珍禽贵妃鸡与广西三黄鸡杂交后代的外貌特征及生长性状研究

摘    要:选用广西三黄鸡为母本、贵妃鸡为父本,按照试验设计和规定指标,进行杂交,选育杂交后代,再以回交方法固定目标性状,培育至杂交F3代,并对杂交F3代进行外貌特征和生长性状(体重、屠宰性能)的研究,比较杂交F3代与贵妃鸡的异同,研究杂交F3代的外貌特征与生长发育规律。结果表明,贵妃鸡与广西三黄鸡的杂交后代外貌特征为全身黑羽,其生长速度明显优于贵妃鸡,但仍具有贵妃鸡肉质优良的特点。

Abstract:According to the regulations of the experimental design and indices, a hybridizations test was carried out with Princess Chicken (♀)and Guangxi Sanhuang Chicken (♂).The hybrid offsprings were bred and their target traits were fixed by the backcross method continued to cultivate until the hybrid F3. The appearance characteristics and growth traits (weight and carcass traits) of hybrid F3 were studied. The hybrid F3 was compared with Princess Chicken. And the appearance characteristics and growth laws of hybrid F3 were studied. The results showed that the hybrid offsprings of Princess Chicken (♀)and Guangxi Sanhuang Chicken(♂) were in black feather and their growth rate was significantly better than Princess Chicken. And the hybrid F3 still maintained the excellent meat quality of Princess Chicken.
