玉米种质资源品质性状的分析

对河北省搜集、引进、选育的２１０份玉米种质资源的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总淀粉含量进行了测定分析；对品质性状与农艺性状的相关性、品质性状间的相关性及品质性状与农艺性状的聚合作了研究与探讨。结果表明，河北省玉米种质资源的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总淀粉平均含量分别为１２．５３％，５．０％，６７．４％；不同品质性状间、不同品质性状与不同农艺性状间的相关关系和相关程度不同。粗蛋白含量与粗脂肪含量之间呈显著正相关关系，粗蛋

Analysis of Quality Characters of Maize Germlasm Resource

In this paper, the contents of crude protein, crude fat and total starch of 210maize germplasm resource which were collected, intruduced and bred in Hebei provincewere tested and analysed. This paper also researched the correlations between qualitycharacters and agronomic characters, among qtiality characters, and the combination ofquality characters and agronomic characters. The results showed that the avrage contentsof crude proteln,crude fat and total starch were 12. 53 %, 5. 0%, 67. 4 % respectively. Thecorrelative relation and the correlative degree amony qrality characters, between qualityand agronomic characters were different. The contents of crude protein had positivesignificant correlation with the content of crude fat. The contents of crude protein andcrude fat had extremely significant negative correlation with the content of total starch.The content of crude protein had significantor extremely significant negative correlationwith agronomic characters (except kernel rows per ear ). The positive and negativecorrelations existed between the content of crade fat and agronomic characters, but theyweren't significant. The content of total starch had sighificant or extremly significantpositive correlation with agronomic characters (except kernel rows per ear). By directivebreeding, high content protein and big seed,dwarf,early maturity,high content of oil andhigh yield could be got together.
