基质对维特球兰Hoya wayetii插穗生根的影响

摘    要:以维特球兰为试验材料,开展水培及基质扦插共5种处理对维特球兰扦插繁殖的影响研究。结果表明,“珍珠岩+5粒微生物菌剂”为维特球兰的较佳基质,可以减少人工管理、生产成本。选择的球兰插条长度不应小于3.2 cm,叶片不宜过于幼嫩、叶长不小于3.5 cm。扦插初始,需适度遮阴,多补充水分。北方温室2~3 d浇一次透水为宜。或者在基质中适当增加一定比例的蛭石,以增加基质的保水效果。

Abstract:Using Hoya wayetii as the experimental material, a study was conducted on the effects of five treatments such as hydroponics and substrate cutting on the propagation of Hoya wayetii. The results showed that “Perlite + 5 microbial agents” is the optimal substrate for Hoya wayetii, which can reduce the cost of manual management and production. The selected Hoya wayetii should have a length not less than 3.2 cm, with leaves not too tender and a length not less than 3.5 cm. At the beginning of cuttings, moderate shading is necessary, and additional moisture should be provided. In greenhouses of Northern China,watering every 2~3 days with permeable water is suitable. Alternatively, a certain proportion of vermiculite can be added to the substrate to enhance its water retention capacity.
