日光温室秋冬茬鲜食番茄基质栽培技术

摘    要:摘要:为了解决北京地区鲜食番茄品种相对单一、多数品种抗病能力弱的问题,选择抗番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的鲜食番茄品种进行试种,通过对比不同品种的植株长势、抗病性、果实性状及产量、营养品质和消费者感官评价,筛选出了8个适宜北京地区日光温室秋冬茬种植的鲜食番茄品种,并集成了培育壮苗、温度及光照调控、水肥一体化管理、植株调整等技术,可实现平均667 m2产量3 300 kg以上,进一步满足了居民对高品质蔬菜的消费需求。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to solve the problem of lacking of fresh-eating tomato varieties and weak disease resistance of most varieties in Beijing, fresh-eating tomato varieties resistant to TYLCV were selected for trial planting. By comparing the plant growth, disease resistance, fruit characters and yield, nutritional quality and consumer sensory evaluation of different varieties, eight fresh-eating tomato varieties suitable for autumn and winter in greenhouse in Beijing were screened out, and the technologies of strong seedlings raising, temperature and light control, water and fertilizer integrated management, plant adjustment and so on were integrated, which could achieve an average yield of over 3 300 kg per 667 m2 and further meet the consumption demand of residents for high-quality vegetables.
