填充料类型及组合方式对卷烟烟气的影响

利用膨胀烟丝、膨胀梗丝和烟草薄片进行不同类型填充料的混合添加试验,运用相关统计分析对试验数据进行处理。研究了填充料类型及组合方式对烟气成分的影响。结果表明,卷烟中同时添加膨胀梗丝、薄片和膨胀烟丝三种类型的填充料后,焦油、烟气烟碱、抽吸口数的变化与膨胀梗丝添加比例、填充料总添加比例呈显著负相关,与烟支重量呈显著正相关,而与薄片(造纸法或滚压法)和膨胀烟丝添加比例的相关性不显著。方差分析结果表明,填充料总添加比例对焦油、烟气烟碱、抽吸口数有极显著影响,而填充料组合方式对这些指标的影响不显著。根据试验结果,选择填充料总添加比例、膨胀梗丝添加比例和烟支重量等三个变量建立了各项指标的回归方程,残差分析结果表明,对焦油、烟气烟碱、一氧化碳、抽吸口数等指标进行预测的误差分别为±1.60、±0.28、±1.66、±0.69口/支。
