| 摘 要： | 以烤烟品种K3 2 6、NC89、云烟 87当年收获的种子为试验材料 ,分别进行PEG溶液浸种、GA3—丙酮溶液浸种、催芽回干和水合—脱水 4种处理 ,研究其对种子活力的影响。结果表明 :4种处理均可提高种子活力 ,其中以 5 0mg/kgGA3—丙酮溶液浸种处理效果最显著 ;处理方法与品种间互作显著。

| Abstract: | The vitalities of K326, NC89,Yunyan 87 seeds, which were treated by PEG solution, GA 3-acetone solution, germinatoon-redrying and hyration-dehydration, were studied. The results showed that the four treatments could increase the seed vitality. The treatment of 50*!mg/kg GA 3-acetone was the most effective. The interaction between the four treatments and the varieties was significant difference. |
