| 摘 要： | 在介绍綦江县域概况和农村剩余劳动力转移概况的基础上,分析了新农村建设中綦江县农村剩余劳动力转移的主要制约因素,针对綦江县域的实际情况,提出转移农村剩余劳动力的对策建议,以有效解决綦江农村剩余劳动力的转移问题,推进新农村建设步伐。

| Abstract: | Based on introducing the general situation of Qijiang County and rural surplus labor force transference,the main restrictive factors were analyzed. Aiming at the actual situation of Qijiang County,the countermeasures were put forward in order to effectively solve the transference problem of rural surplus labor force and promote pace of new rural construction. |
