有机与常规种植蔬菜地土壤微生物群落特征的比较

摘    要:结合有机农场土壤特性演变的长期定位研究,重点对比分析有机与常规种植蔬菜地土壤微生物群落特征的差异。结果表明:有机蔬菜地土壤微生物量,酸性磷酸酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性及可培养真菌、放线菌菌落数显著高于常规蔬菜地。采用土壤磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)分析法得到的有机、常规地块土壤细菌生物量分别为12.64 nmol.g-1和7.29 nmol.g-1,并且差异显著(P<0.05)。主成分分析结合R型聚类分析的结果表明,有机种植地块的土壤微生物群落特征的综合评分高于常规种植地块。

Abstract:The difference of soil microbial community characteristics between organic and conventional vegetable fields was emphatically analyzed in this study,combined with the long-term monitoring study of the organic farm.Results showed that there were more soil microbial biomass,soil fugal colonies,soil actinomycetes colonies and higher activity of soil acid phosphatase,catalase and urease in organic vegetable fields than those in conventional vegetable fields.Soil bacterial phospholipid fatty acid(PLFA)contents detected in organic and conventional vegetable fields were 12.64 nmol·g-1 and 7.29 nmol·g-1 respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).And the results of principle component analysis combined with R-type clustering analysis showed that the comprehensive scores of soil microbial community properties were higher in organic farming fields than that in conventional farming fields.
