红腹柄天牛为害对甜槠黄酮、单宁含量的影响

摘    要:通过对不同受害程度的甜槠韧皮部和叶片中黄酮、单宁含量的测定,分析了其与红腹柄天牛为害之间的关系.结果表明:在天牛取食活动的季节,不同受害程度甜槠的韧皮部和叶部中黄酮、单宁含量不同;轻、中度受害的植株,黄酮、单宁含量与未受害相比显著增加;在冬季,幼虫和成虫进入休眠不为害后,不同受害程度的甜槠,黄酮、单宁的含量与未受害相比均没有显著差异,说明红腹柄天牛的取食为害是刺激甜槠产生应激反应的直接原因.

Abstract:By measuring the contents of flavones and tannin in Castanopsis eyeri according to different degrees of damage by Aphrodisium faldermannii rufiventris,the relation between the contents and different damage degrees was analysed.The result showed:in the seasons when A.faldermannii rufiventris was active,the contents of flavones and tannin in laminas and phloem varied with different degrees of damage in C.eyeri.In the initial stage of damage,the contents of flavones and tananin increased;as the damage degree increasing,the contents decreased.This showed that the plant had reactions to damage.In winter,when larva and imago were in the state of dormancy,the contents of flavones and tannin in laminas and phloem had no obvious difference with different degrees of damage in C.eyeri.This showed that the damage by A.faldermannii rufiventris was the key(reason) why the plant had its reactions.
