9种化学种衣剂防治小麦地下害虫、茎基腐病效果研究

摘    要:为筛选防治小麦地下害虫、土传病害的高效、低毒化学种衣剂,试验选用32%戊唑·吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂(奥拜瑞)、26%苯甲·吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂(大决战)、27%苯醚·咯·噻虫悬浮种衣剂(酷拉斯)、22%苯醚·咯·噻虫悬浮种衣剂(拌多乐)、22%苯醚·咯·噻虫悬浮种衣剂(燕化安保)、38%苯醚·咯·噻虫悬浮种衣剂(巧易)、22%苯甲唑·吡虫啉·萎锈灵悬浮种衣剂(金麦红)、15%五硝·辛硫磷悬浮种衣剂(海兰)、23%吡虫·咯·苯甲悬浮种衣剂(燕化保粒泰)共9种市场上代表性化学种衣剂,分别按推荐最低用量经包衣机搅拌均匀包衣小麦种子,出苗后7 d调查各处理药害,播种20 d后调查地下害虫种类及虫口数,灌浆期调查小麦土传病害发生情况,收获期调查小麦株高、产量构成因素。分析表明:27%苯醚·咯·噻虫悬浮种衣剂(酷拉斯)处理未发现地下害虫,防效最佳;32%戊唑·吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂(奥拜瑞)、26%苯甲·吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂(大决战)、27%苯醚·咯·噻虫悬浮种衣剂(酷拉斯)对小麦茎基腐病防效在80%以上,并能显著增加小麦株高、单位公顷穗数、穗粒数和千粒重。结果表明,9种化学种衣剂防治小麦地下害虫、茎基腐病效果差异显...

Abstract:In order to screen out high efficiency and low toxicity chemical seed coating agents for controlling wheat underground pests and soil borne diseases, 9 types of representative chemical seed coating agents in the market were chosen in this experiment, which include 32% tebuconazole·imidacloprid FSC (Oberoi), 26% difenoconazole·imidacloprid FSC (Dajuezhan),27% difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam FSC(Kuras),22% difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam FSC (Banduole),22% difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam FSC(Yanhua Anbao),38% difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam FSC (Qiaoyi),22% difenoconazole·imidacloprid·carboxin FSC (Jinmaihong),15% quintozine·phoxim FSC (Hailan),and 23% imidacloprid·fludioxonil·difenoconazoleFSC (Yanhua Baolitai).The wheat seeds were mixed and coated with coater according to the recommended minimum dosage. The pesticides harm were investigated 7 d after wheat emergence, the species and population of underground pests were investigated 20 d after sowing, the occurrence of wheat soil borne diseases were investigated at wheat filling stage, and the plant height and yield components of wheat were investigated at wheat harvesting stage.The results showed that no underground pests were found after treatment with 27% difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam FSC (Kuras) , and the control effect was the best. 32% tebuconazole·imidacloprid FSC (Oberoi),26% difenoconazole·imidacloprid FSC (Dajuezhan) and 27% difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam FSC (Kuras) had more than 80% of control effect on wheat crown rot.And the plant height, number of ears per hectare, grain number per ear and 1000 grain weight were significantly increased.The results showed that there were significant differences in the effects of 9 types of chemical seed coating agents on the control of wheat underground pests and crown rot. Therefore, the above 3 types of chemical seed coating agents are recommended to to control wheat underground pests and crown rot.
