摘    要:研究了不同硒处理浓度对大豆种子萌发率、种子活力指数、发芽指数和发芽势等的影响。试验结果表明,适宜的硒浓度处理提高了大豆种子的发芽率,增加了发芽势和发芽指数,提高了活力指数,也使大豆根的鲜重有所提高,其中硒的浓度在0.05 mg.-1时,对大豆种子萌发最有利。但是过高的浓度对大豆种子的发芽有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:Effects of different concentrations of selenium on sprouting rate,seeds vigor index,sprouting index and seeds sprouting tendency of soybean seeds were studied.The results showed that suitable concentrations of selenium improved sprouting rate,increase germinating energy and sprouting index of the soybean seeds,raised vigor index,and also fresh weight to some extent.Selenium of 0.05 mg·L~(-1) was the most favorable to soybean seeds.But too high concentrations of selenium had disadvantage influence on the sprouting of soybean seed.
