鸡传染性支气管炎病毒对新城疫病毒的干扰作用观察

为观察鸡传染性支气管炎病毒（IBV）HN99株对新城疫病毒（NDV）增殖的干扰作用，该试验采用不同浓度的IBV标准株M41和地方株HN99与鸡新城疫病毒（NDV）分别按不同接种顺序同胚增殖，利用病毒血凝试验（HA）测定NDV的效价，观察IBV对NDV的干扰作用，从而为检测IBV地方株HN99提供方法，也为同胚增殖两种病毒提供一系列的数据参考。试验结果表明，鸡传染性支气管炎病毒地方株HN99对NDV的干扰作用与其浓度和接种顺序有关。

Observation of Interference Effect of Different Types of Infectious Bronchitis Virus on NewcastIe Disease Virus

To observe the interference effect of different types of infectious bronchitis virus(IBV) on new-castle disease virus(NDV),both of these viruses were cocultured in chick embryo,LaSota strain of NDV diluted at 10 times was mixed with M41,HN99 of IBV respectively in different dilution and co-injected into urinary vesicle of 10 days chick embryo.Hemagglution test was adopted to get the result of the interference effect of different types of IBV with growth of NDV.Then IBV can be detected by the interference to making vaccine of IBV with NDV.The results shows that the interference of HN99 with the propagation of NDV is different with the diluted times and the sequence of inoculation.
