摘 要: | 实验选用浓度为 5 0 %、75 %、10 0 %的黑麦草、草地早熟禾、翦股颖和白三叶的茎叶浸提液 (母液浓度为 10 % ,w/v) ,按照培养皿砂培的生物检测方法对四种牧草的化感作用进行初探。结果表明 :适当浓度施体茎叶浸提液对受体植物萝卜、黑麦草、高羊茅、苜蓿、白三叶、红三叶的苗干重、根干重、苗长、根长等均产生明显的抑制或促进作用 ,说明四种牧草均存在化感作用的潜势 ,且受体植物的根受化感物质的影响比植株地上部分敏感

Preliminary Study on the Allelopathy of Italian Ryegrass,Kentucky Blue Grass,Creeping Bent Grass and White Clover |

Abstract: | The allelopathy of Italian ryegrass, Kentucky blue grass,Creeping bent grass and White clover under treated at 50%,75%,100% was discussed by the method of bioassay in the experiment of culture plate and sand culture.The result showed that the suitable extract concentration of the four forages caused the seed germinate,seeding growth and dry weigh inhibitions of receptor plants(included radish,Italian ryegrass,Tall fescue,Alfalfa,White clover and Red clover).It indicated that the four forage grasses all could release allelochemicals,and the root of receptor plants was more sensitive to allelochemicals than the aboveground part of seeding. |
