| 摘 要： | 为建立准确检测发酵液中微量维生素B12的检测方法，采用对照薄层层析法（TLC）、高效液相色谱法（HPLC）以及色谱一质谱联用（LC—MS）检测发酵液中维生素B12的含量。结果表明，TLC和HPLC在检测发酵液中维生素B12时结果误差较大，LC—MS能够精确检测出发酵液中存在的微量的维生素B12。

| Abstract: | To establish an accurate detection method of Vitamin B12 in fermentation liquid, the TLC, HPLC and LC-MS methods were adopted to compare and determine the Vitamin B12 content. The results show that there is a big error when using TLC and HPLC to determine Vitamin B12 content, while LC-MS can precisely determine the VitaminB12 content in fermentation liquid. |
