瑞香狼毒防治仓储害虫的初步研究

本试验以米象、玉米象、谷蠹、赤拟谷盗为试虫，初步研究了瑞香狼毒对仓储害虫的杀虫活性，实验表明：瑞香狼毒根粉剂对米象、谷蠹、玉米象的防治效果较好；瑞香狼毒根粉的粗提物中，极性以及非极性溶剂的提取液均表现出对米象的较高的杀虫活性，狼毒乙醇提取液在1.5g/kg的剂量下，对米象的致死率为90.98%，而狼毒正已烷提取液在0.5g/kg的剂量下，对米象的致死率仍高达98.44%，这表明对于瑞香狼毒，完全有进一步研究的价值。以期获得高效、低毒、安全无公害的防治仓储害虫的生物杀虫剂。

PRELIMINARY RESEARCH OF STELLERA CHAMAEJASME L AGAINST STORED GRAIN INSECT

The effect of Stellera chamaejasme L.against stored grain insects was studied.In this test,the tested insects were Sitophilus oryzae,Sitophilus zeamais,Rhizopertha dominica and Tribolium castaneum.The results showed that the dust of Stellera chamaejase L.root had efficiency against Sitophilus oryzae,Rhizopertha dominica,Sitophilus zeamais.In raw extract from Stellera chamaejasme L.root,the liquid extract in polar and apolar solvent had high efficiency against Sitophilus oryzae.Sitophilus oryzae had a mortality of 90.98% at a dosage of ethanolic extract 1.5g/kg,and had a mortality of 98.44% at a dosage of n-hexance extract 0.5g/kg.It is worthy of study as biological insecticide with high efficiency,low toxity and safety.
