| 摘 要： | 目的]研究激素配比对韭菜愈伤组织培养和继代的影响。方法]韭菜种子胚根为外植体诱导愈伤组织并继代培养。结果]MS+NAA 1 mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L适宜胚根诱导愈伤组织并进行继代培养。结论]适宜的生长激素组合有利于韭菜愈伤组织的诱导。

| Abstract: | Objective] The impact of the different concentrations of auxin on leek callus induction was studied.Method] The radicel of leek as explant was used to induce its callus and then the calli were subcultured.Resust] MS NAA(1 mg/L) 6-BA(2 mg/L)was suiteable for callus-inducing and subculturing.Conclusions] The suitable auxin was useful to induce leek callus quickly. |
