武夷四照花扦插繁殖技术的研究

摘    要:采用不同基质、不同生长促进剂以及不同处理方式,研究武夷四照花的扦插技术。结果表明:(1)1年生枝条的扦插生根率明显高于多年生枝条的生根率,可提高40%~50%;(2)8种扦插基质中蛭石效果最好,其次是黄沙;(3)不同生根促进剂对武夷四照花的扦插生根率影响差异显著,最佳处理组合为ABT生根液,浓度100 mg·L-1,处理时间30 min,扦插生根率可达85%以上。

Abstract:Different cutting medium, rooting plant growth regulators, and treatments were conducted in the cuttage of Dendrobenthamia angustata var. wuyishanensis. The result were as follows: (1) The rooting rates of annotinous branch were higher than that of the perennial branch with the increase of 40%-50%; (2) In the eight cutting medium, vermiculite had the best effect on the cuttage, and yellow sand ranked the second; (3) Different plant growth regulators had different effects on rooting rates, and the rooting rate could reach 85% under the optimum combination of 100 mg·L-1 ABT, treated for 30 min.
