| Abstract: | To counter the current situation of grass-root agricultural research institutions, the paper puts forward the objective of doing a good job in traditional service and unfolding service for local agricultural development by making full use of modern information technology construction. We must further define the functions of the management systems, create an agricultural sci-tech innovation information service platform in China and realize co-sharing and co-construction of a national agricultural information resources. |
