菠萝蜜的籽苗芽接技术研究

摘    要:通过对菠萝蜜籽苗芽接技术及不同生长阶段、不同季节对芽接成活率影响的研究.得出嫁接时间在春、秋两季为好,夏季次之,冬季最差,芽接的生长阶段以1~2叶期最佳,不超过3叶期为好。树菠萝的籽苗芽接具有操作简便、工效高、愈合好、省接穗、省时,定植成活率高的特点,为树菠萝嫁接苗的快速大批量生产,研究出了一套高效、快捷的方法。

Abstract:The best grafting time for mini-seedling budding ofArtocarpus heterophyllus is in spring and autumn, the next is summer and the worst is winter based on the study of mini-seedling budding technology and the survival rate at different growth stages and different season. Moreover, the best stages of growth for grafting are with 1-2 leaf and not more than 3 leaf stage for good. The charac- teristics of this technology are simple and easy for operation, high efficiency, healing, time saving and high survival rate. It is a high efficient and fast method for the rapid and mass production for A rtocarpus heterophyllus grafting seedlings.
