河北省数字农业发展战略研究

"数字农业"是农业技术与现代计算机技术、网络通信技术、空间信息技术相结合而形成的新型农业技术,它将是21世纪农业发展的新型模式。河北省发展数字农业具有重要的理论和现实意义,且具备一定的基础。河北省数字农业的发展应统筹规划,分步实施,首先要统一必要的技术标准,重点进行"数字农业"基础信息平台和信息基础设施的建设,促进农业数据共享;其次要进行多学科联合,研究试验"数字农业"的关键技术;同时要实施多元化发展战略,建立产、学、研创新机制。

Study on the Development Strategy of Digital Agriculture in Hebei Province

Digital agriculture is new agricultural technology which combines with the agricultural technology,the modern computer technology,the network communication and the space information technology.It will become the new pattern of agricultural development in the 21st century.Digital agriculture development is of great theoretical and realistic significance,and has certain foundation.Digital agriculture development in Hebei should be conducted with unification layout and implementation by stage.Firstly,government aid should increased,the essential technical standard should be unified.Digital agriculture on the foundation information platform and the information infrastructure construction should be emphasized with the promotion of agriculture data sharing,establishment of a wireless network in the region.Moreover,combining with multi-disciplinary,the key technologies of the digital agriculture should be researched;meanwhile,the innovation mechanism of production should be implemented,and the innovation mechanism of production,study and research should be established.
