食品生产技术选修课教学实践探讨

摘    要:选修课是普通本科院校课程设置的重要组成部分,探讨在非食品专业开设食品生产技术选修课的背景及必要性,并结合教学实践积极探索选修课在教学内容、教学方式和考核方式上的创新,对拓展本科院校的食品加工技术知识,探讨选修课的设置与教学实践创新具有重要意义。

Abstract:Optional course is an important part of undergraduate universities curriculum.This paper introduced the background and necessity of food production technology course in non-food specialties,and combining with teaching practice discussed the innovation on teaching content,teaching method and examination ways.That would be important on development of food production technology knowledge,Optional course curriculum and teaching practice innovation.
