| 摘 要： | 选修课是普通本科院校课程设置的重要组成部分，探讨在非食品专业开设食品生产技术选修课的背景及必要性，并结合教学实践积极探索选修课在教学内容、教学方式和考核方式上的创新，对拓展本科院校的食品加工技术知识，探讨选修课的设置与教学实践创新具有重要意义。
